INSULIN company Novo Nordisk, in consultation with the TGA, has initiated a consumer level recall of some batches of its NovoPen Echo insulin cartridge holder after detecting there was a possibility they could crack or break if exposed to chemicals in some cleaning agents, impacting insulin dosing.
