As the gold standard and first-line therapy for RA, methotrexate therapy requires accompanying counselling to maintain adherence and is pivotal to the shared care approach to RA.
Developed in partnership with the Australian Rheumatology Association and Arthritis Australia, an interactive patient action plan supports discussions between health professionals and patients starting low-dose once-weekly methotrexate for RA.
