NSW rescheduling

THE NSW government has reclassified three synthetic drugs marketed as recreational herbal teas and cannabis alternatives as Schedule 1. AB-Chminaca, AB-Pinaca and AB-Fuminaca are now in the most serious illicit drug category “to ensure the community is kept safe from them,” according to NSW attorney-general Gabrielle Upton.
