The New Zealand government
has confirmed plans to introduce a
Bill to establish a new therapeutic
goods regulatory regime to the
country’s parliament next year.
As well as replacing and
modernising the regulatory
arrangements for medicines, the
regime will regulate all therapeutic
products, including medical devices
and tissue therapies, which are
