THE New Zealand Medicines and
Medical Devices Safety Authority
(Medsafe) has issued an alert to
consumers and health professionals
that the funded medicine Vit.D3,
which contains colecalciferol, also
contains soya oil.
This is important information
for patients with a peanut or soya
allergy who may also react to Vit.
