THE All India Drugs Control Officer’s Confederation (AIDCOC) has recommended online pharmacies be allowed, provided sufficient safeguards are in place to protect the interest of the consumers, Pharmabiz reports. The regulatory organisation argued that the internet is only a technology advancement and its benefit should be available to the consumers in India.
