have become the focus of
guidelines posted by the European
Medicines Agency on its website.
The site contains an extensive set
of documents relating to clinical
efficacy and safety of medicinal
products used in children.
This follows recent new guidelines
for health care professionals
prescribing or supplying medicines
for children when no authorised
product exists, from the World
Health Organization (WHO) and
the International Pharmaceutical

MONTU Group, its subsidiary Alternaleaf Pty Ltd, and their common director Christopher Strauch are facing legal action by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) in the Federal Court of Australia for alleged unlawful advertising on the effectiveness of their medicinal cannabis products.
