PB11a form updated

THE TGA has updated the PB11a form to reflect new legislative changes which take effect from 01 Oct this year. From that date all new listings, price agreements, changes to pack sizes and brand premiums must utilise the new PB11a form - more info at pbspricing@health.gov.au.
