Deal will see Apotex offer online vaccine ordering portal.
Apotex has just announced the acquisition of Reform Management, with the purchase giving the company “enhanced value and access to pharmacy” via Reform’s online vaccine ordering website which offers pharmacies over 50 competitively priced vaccines.
Apotex sales director Ben Sullivan said the acquisition aligns with the Apotex mission to enrich lives by increasing access to high quality healthcare and ease the burden on healthcare systems worldwide.
“Apotex has a long history of diversifying into new market segments, growing our portfolio and developing our suite of professional services to meet the constantly changing needs of pharmacy,” he said.
Sullivan said the acquisition of Reform Management was the next step forward for Apotex as “pharmacy’s best business partner”.
The deal is effective immediately, and it will be business as usual for existing Reform Management clients with no changes to the current customer vaccine supply process.
