THE annual Canstar Blue "most satisfied customers" award for pharmacy has been won by Pharmacy4Less, with the chain edging out Blooms, Pharmacy Warehouse, Cincotta and The Friendlies.
With an overall score of five stars, the discount group beat its immediate competitors on prescriptions, value for money, and availability of the pharmacist.
It was the only group to be awarded five stars across all measures, including service and advice and health-related products.
The Canstar Blue results are based on a survey of around 3,000 consumers.
