THE TGA has updated its database of Section 19A approvals to import medicines in short supply.
New additions include moxifloxacin 400mg film-coated tablets, approved to replace Bayer's Avelox until 31 Jan 2019; and AciVision (aciclovir) 30mg/g eye ointment instead of Zovirax ophthalmic aciclovir which is being discontinued from 20 Feb 2019.
