THE TGA has published a reference document relating to the adoption of the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph Eur) and the US Pharmacopoeia National Formulary (USP) as new default standards in Australia in addition to the British Pharmacopoeia, after recent legislation changes. The document includes a list of frequently asked questions including dates of publication of new editions - www.tga.gov.au.
