THE Queensland State and Federal Govts have announced a $51 million dollar funding boost for home and community care services across the state. The funds are aimed at at helping frail, aged and disabled people stay at home; with monies funneled into home modification programs, as well as domestic assistance, personal care, nursing, allied health, centre-based day activities and transport programs.
