Takeda appointment

Japanese pharmaceutical giant Takeda has appointed Christophe Weber as its chief operating officer, with plans to promote him to chief executive in 2015, according to current ceo Yasuchika Hasegawa. Weber is currently president of GSK’s vaccines division and was previously GSK Asia Pacific regional director.
