bromocriptine not be used
routinely for preventing or stopping
milk production (PD 14 Jul).
In Australia, the current indication
was already limited to “prevention
of onset of lactation in the
puerperium for clearly defined
medical reasons. Therapy should
be continued for 14 days to prevent
rebound lactation” and “should not
be used to suppress established
lactation” and PI documents
also included the adverse events
