TERRYWHITE Chemmart has announced an expansion of its partnership with DoorDash that will significantly extend its e-commerce offering.
Through the partnership, customers can now shop TWC via DoorDash, expanding the pharmacy group's reach to new customers who prefer shopping on online platforms.
Up to now, customers could have their online orders through TWC delivered by DoorDash, a service that is still offered, along with click and collect in store.
However, by ordering directly through DoorDash, the new approach enhances customer convenience and streamlines the purchasing process while maintaining the existing workflow for pharmacies.
"This collaboration with DoorDash is another step forward in our commitment to providing convenience, accessibility, and efficiency to our customers," said Nick Munroe, TWC Executive GM.
"By leveraging the DoorDash network and integrating with their online marketplace, we can ensure that essential health and wellness products are just a few clicks away for more Australians - all without disrupting our pharmacies' day-to-day operations."
Only non-scheduled items are available via the DoorDash Marketplace, and customers who need to order a prescription or scheduled medicine can download the myTWC app or speak with their local TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacist.
