TERRYWHITE Chemmart (TWC) has announced the launch of its new customer loyalty program, Rewards Plus, marking a significant milestone in the brand's commitment to continuously improve its customer offering (PD breaking news Fri).
Designed to help TWC's pharmacy network attract, retain and reward customers, the new program allows consumers to earn loyalty points on a range of health-based activities and offers more opportunities on everyday product purchases.
"Our focus on providing exceptional customer experiences continues with the launch of the new Rewards Plus program, giving customers even more opportunities to earn and redeem points at their local TerryWhite Chemmart, either online or in-store," Executive General Manager Nick Munroe said.
"With this launch we have focused on innovating our customer offer, staying at the forefront of consumer-centric healthcare delivery, and empowering individuals to lead healthier, happier, and more rewarding lives.
"For our pharmacy network, it meets the growing expectations of enhanced shopping and rewards experiences that drive customers through their doors."
Customers can track their points and activate personalised bonus offers via the new Rewards Plus portal on the myTWC app.
Another feature is the new 'health journey', which incentivises consumers to book health services and complete health screening assessments.
The TerryWhite Chemmart Rewards Plus program, which rolls out this week along with a consumer launch plan, also features anniversary and milestone awards and a streamlined ecommerce experience to ensure rewards are "seamlessly integrated" into the customer journey. JM
