THE Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee has, from 01 December, removed the PBS restriction on GSKs Tykerb (lapatinib ditosylate) which had previously prevented patients from returning to Commonwealthfunded treatment with trastuzumab after progression on Tykerb.
