UNIVERSITY of Technology Sydney has announced an extensive new PhD scholarship program for its Graduate School of Health, commencing in Jan.
Nine new scholarships will be offered, spanning the school's current research fields including pharmaceutical science, pharmacy practice, psychology, orthoptics and physiotherapy.
"We seek outstanding candidates with excellent academic records to become health leaders of the future, creating new and innovative solutions to some of the world's most difficult problems," the university said.
Each scholarship of $26,288 pa is for three years, with applications closing Oct 31.
Candidates are offered 11 potential pharmacy supervisors with a range of research specialisations including quality use of medicines, pharmacy and nursing, pharmacy practice and education, and consumer pharmaceutical self-care.
