Valeant acquires Natur

VALEANT Pharmaceuticals has agreed to acquire the Russian specialty pharmaceutical company, Natur Produkt, for around US$180m. Natur Produkt has a strong presence in the OTC segment, with key products including cough and cold therapy AntiGrippin.
