VICTORIAN hospital pharmacist Rodney Whyte has been awarded the 2017 Victorian Pharmacist Medal, with the accolade presented at the Victorian Pharmacists Dinner last Fri night, 24 Nov 2017.
Whyte is also the Clayton area coordinator for the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA), and is based at Monash Health.
The dinner also saw Associate Professor Stephen Marty named a Life Fellow of the PSA for his extensive contribution to the profession including establishing national registration.
Mark Feldschuh was named a Fellow for his leadership and innovation in pharmacy practice, while a certificate of appreciation was presented to David Hosking for his passion for excellence in compounding.
