WESFARMERS, the parent company of API and Priceline Pharmacy, has announced the appointment of Kate Munnings to its board as a non-executive director, effective from 01 Aug.
Munnings has a background in healthcare, and began her career as a registered nurse in NSW before working in senior executive and board positions in healthcare organisations, including as MD and CEO of Virtus Health Limited from 2020 to 2023.
She is currently the CEO of Vitrafy Life Sciences.
Wesfarmers Chairman Michael Chaney said, "Kate brings a unique blend of experience that will complement the capabilities on our Board...her background in healthcare will be particularly valuable as Wesfarmers continues to develop its Health division".
