THE Department of Health is encouraging Australians to stick to their healthy living 2012 New Year’s resolutions by urging citizens to make use of its 12-week planner. The planner allows people to set short and long-term weight loss goals, and then plan their meals and physical activity accordingly. To access the planner see australia.gov.au/swapit.
