PROFESSIONALS Australia says it last week secured a major increase in pay and conditions for chemists working at the Integria Healthcare manufacturing plant in Queensland through an extensive negotiation and advocacy process.
Member chemists in the plant secured wage increases of 15% plus a classification structure that better recognises experience and seniority, the union group said.
