THERE'S been no month-on-month change in the customer satisfaction ratings of Australian pharmacies, with the Nov figures from Roy Morgan once again having MyChemist and Chemist Warehouse leading the pack.
8,531 consumers were polled in the rolling survey which covered the period Dec 15-Nov 16, with MyChemist and Chemist Warehouse followed by Priceline Pharmacy in third spot, Terry White in fourth and Soul Pattinson fifth.
