MEDICINES Australia (MA) has appointed Dr Anna Lavelle as its Independent Chair.
Lavelle, who is a former ceo of life science industry body AusBiotech, joined the MA Board in Jan last year as the organisation's first independent director.
She replaces Wes Cook who has been MA chair since 2015.
