THE International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) has highlighted two Australians for their contribution to pharmacy leadership at the 78th World Congress of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Glasgow.
The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia congratulated Emeritus Professor Lloyd Sansom AO FPS (pictured top) on being awarded the Andr Bdat Award, FIP's highest honour for pharmaceutical practice.
Congratulations were also offered to John Bell AM FPS FFIP (pictured below) on being awarded Fellowship of the International Pharmaceutical Federation at the same event.
Bell received the honour in recognition of his strong international leadership, contribution to the advancement of the practice of pharmacy and service to FIP, including as former vice president.
