THE Therapeutic Goods Administration has published new guidance on the regulation of menstrual cups in Australia.
Changes which became effective on 01 Jul 2018 have seen these products no longer required to be listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods.
They must still comply with Therapeutic Goods Order 99 before they can be supplied in Australia.
